Mynas began life as a 3-piece in late 2007 and has been steadily expanding ever since, the latest addition for 2011 being a small but perfectly formed brass section.

Having released their eponymous debut album of off kilter, 3 minute pop-ish goodies in late 2010 (to glowing reviews, no less), they're now working on a set that will hopefully illustrate how bitter and miserable they REALLY are.

As an infuriatingly talented 8-piece, the only thing that could scupper Mynas' ascent is a series of gigs at venues with inadequately small stages.
